Q? What is the FAIR Program?
A. The FAIR Program is a real estate brokerage that works with homeowners to overcome financial hardships, in order to eliminate debt and avoid foreclosure. FAIR stands for freedom, accountability, independence and responsibility. The FAIR program is designed to help individuals who are defaulting in their mortgage, awaiting a loan modification, in need of new mortgage assistance or maybe experiencing financial hardship due to missed mortgage payments.

Q? How much does the FAIR program cost?
A. There is no cost to you to participate in the FAIR program. All you need to participate in the FAIR modification program is your motivation to make a change in your life.

Q? How is FAIR funded?
A.
There will be no charge to you for most of our services. If you decide to sell your home in an equity or  short sale, the brokerage does earn commission on the sale.

Q? What do I need to qualify for the FAIR program?
A.
Contact us, and one of our FAIR Counselors will walk you through our application process, and issue you a welcome packet that explains what we do, and how you can qualify.

Q? What qualifies a FAIR Agent to help me?
A.
FAIR Counselors are licensed real estate agents with specialized knowledge in personal finance and lender trends. All FAIR Counselors must possess extensive experience with working with distressed properties and short sales, and adhere to the Ethics and Code of Conduct of the Department of Real Estate.

Q? Why are FAIR loan modifications provided at no cost?
A.
Our #1 core value is to DO GOOD. We want homeowners participating in the FAIR Program to be set up for success, and financial freedom. If we can help you get approved for your loan modification, all we ask is that you share your success story, or give a review to help other homeowners in a similar situation.

Q? What is the Real Estate Division?
A.
Our Real Estate Division works closely with the homeowner and their lender to determine if selling their home is the only option. If selling a home is the only option, our Counselors, who are licensed agents, are able to facilitate obtaining the listing, marketing the property, selling the property, and providing relocation assistance as needed.

Q? What is the difference between the FAIR Program and a loan modification?
A.
The FAIR Program is made up of real estate professionals who are committed to assisting you with your loan modification documents, at no charge to you, and no matter the outcome, we stick by your side and assist you with any life-altering transitions that you must endure.

Q? Will FAIR Counselors help me get a loan modification?
A.
Although the FAIR Program is not a lender, FAIR Counselors are prepared to give you all the resources you need to get approved for a loan modification. Our expert team can refer you to the right representation to see that you succeed in gaining mortgage assistance. And if you have been denied a loan modification, we are here to assist you in exploring every option available to you.

Q? What will my FAIR Counselor do to help me?
A.
Your FAIR Counselor will evaluate your current situation, provide you a complimentary loan modification audit, verify the terms of your loan(s) with your lenders with you,  and review all the options you have available to you, and assist with selling your home, and relocating your family, if necessary. We will give you the tools you need to make the next step and guide you through.

Work with a FAIR Counselor another licensed real estate professional who has successfully represented homeowners previously in foreclosure. The faster you get your home sold, the less damage will be done to your finances.
