Our Lease Requirements

• Completed application per applicant over the age of 18

• Good credit standing

• Proof of income showing minimum of 2.5 times the monthly rent

• Last year of tax returns

• 1 month of most recent pay stubs

• 2 months of most recent bank statements

• Copy of driver’s license for each applicant

• Credit card authorization form ($43 per applicant)
